If you have any concerns regarding a transaction, please contact Good Samaritan Resource Center (GSRC) before initiating a chargeback.
We aim to resolve all issues within 3–5 business days.
We actively monitor transactions to prevent fraud and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
GSRC reserves the right to provide transaction records and supporting documentation in response to chargebacks.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in restrictions on future transactions.
